Because of its structural strength, Hardipanel siding may be used as a shear panel. When combined with Harditrim® planks, it can also help you achieve a board-and-batten look. All styles of Hardipanel siding are pre-primed with PrimePlus® sealer and primer. This proprietary process ensures uniform coverage of sealer and primer, providing an excellent surface for paints and also resisting fungus and mildew. DOW Styrofoam Weathermate Plus Housewrap
Designed for better job-site durability and long-term performance, this new, blue housewrap is a non-woven, non-perforated polyolefin-based wrap with better tear resistance and superior protection against Northwest weather.
Styrofoam Weathermate Plus protects from damaging bulk water and air infiltration, reduces drafts and increases home comfort. It keeps wood sheathings drier, reducing the potential for rot, degradation or energy loss. The product allows water vapor to escape from behind the housewrap when the vapor drive is from the inside out. It also reduces water vapor movement from the outside when the vapor drive is from the outside in.
Builders love the ease of installation with Styrofoam Weathermate Plus housewrap. Since it’s translucent, installers have a clear view of studs and the sheathing surface during installation. The housewrap resists UV degradation and can remain uncovered for up to 120 days.

Grace Vycor® Plus Self-Adhered Flashing
Grace Vycor Plus provides premium exterior protection against water, air and moisture leaks. It works by sealing a wall's vulnerable spots, such as window and door openings, corner boards, under stucco finishes, masonry walls, decks and other flashing areas. It is designed to work in severe winter climates, milder climates and in coastal areas where wind-driven rain is common. Compatible with wood, plywood, concrete and masonry, it fully adheres to the substrate to prevent water from passing through. The product is 25 mil thick and available in 75-foot rolls in widths of 4, 6, 9 and 12 inches. It should not be used on roofs.
